I lived in a house own by Chilgren Properties for 3+ years in college. The management and maintenance team were responsive, friendly, and fair at all times! They always responded to emails within 24 hours (often earlier), they would always fix/replace anything that was broken in such a timely manner, and were very helpful for the few after hours emergencies we had over the years. It was so great to live somewhere that was safe and reliable during college so I could focus on my studies, work, and time with friends!
My wife and I have been here for the past 5 years. We had a great experience. The management was very responsive and super friendly. They were always on top of maintenance. We very much enjoyed our time with Chilgren Properties for the past 5 years, and sad to be moving on from such a great property.
