I used this business for many years with excellent service
I had a very frustrating experience with this tax service. My tax return situation was not handled properly, and I was never clearly informed about the issues until much later, which caused unnecessary stress and confusion. The lack of communication and professionalism made this process much harder than it should have been.
Absolutely unprofessional and hostile customer service I reached out to this company with a simple question: What exactly will you be sending my client after payment? I was asking on behalf of my client as his Executive Assistant. Instead of a professional response, I was met with an aggressive "You're not my client!!!" - completely inappropriate and uncalled for. When I told them to calm down and restated my question, their next email told me to >never contact them again! We will not be referring any businesses here.

I've always had a great service from them. I'm very pleased with the work they do.
