T&L found an extremely demanding, and for lack of a better term, crazy tenant and then ditched out on our contract after 2.5 months. T&L could not manage the tenant by themselves, and had it gone unchecked by me, T&L would have allowed the tenant to keep demanding cosmetic fixes to the house which already amassed nearly $700 (I left out the cost of 1 legit repair, which I was happy with) in additional cost to me (after I had just paid a contractor $5500 to fix the place, and the house was still within the time frame for him ... read more
I had such a great experience with this company. They were always responsive and prompt to any requests or issues with the property I was renting for over 3 years. They were also very accommodating of my schedule if they needed access to the property.
They were fabulous as my management company. They acted immediately when I had any maintenance issues and were always professional! Great people and were always pleasant to deal with as well! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. You won't be disappointed!!! :-)
