GREAT is an understatement for customer service I experienced from this place today. I walked in 30 mins before they close I believe and still greeted with me a smile and a welcoming vibe unlike other places.I wanted to get a paw print in my nail as design since I lost our fur baby this morning and the owner Vicky did an amazing job. This is the absolute BEST manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten!!!!! I have a certain way I like my nails to look and Vickie knew exactly what I wanted and made them PERFECT!!!! And Dat did an excellent job on my pedicure!!! T&L Nail Salon is the best in Tyler and I went to 8 places before going here and getting my nails done RIGHT!!!!! Highly recommend this nail salon. I’ve been to so many in the area with nothing but unsatisfactory work. Had Vicki do my nails and was so pleased by her professionalism and quality of work. The nail salon was esthetically pleasing and relaxing too!! Will be returning for all my nail services
I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done. Vicky, the owner is so sweet and awesome at what she does! The best nail spot in Tyler hands down!
Amazing service. We got in right away. Andy did my nails, and Vickie did my 13 year old daughter. My 7 year old had a sweet lady that I failed to get her name. We were all taken care of, and they did a phenomenal job, and got us in and out. We will most definitely be back!
