I met with Dr. Byrnes Coordinator Beth and his dietician April 25th and on the 24th Of May I had opened bariatric bypass surgery. From the time we entered MUSC we were greeted by the receptionist and then the intake team who were just as nice professional and courteous as they could be especially considering what I was about to go through. Dr byrnes !amazin! I got my Surgery last year May no problems at all ! Him and his team made me feel comfortable! and just wanna say that he is a great doctor!! and I would prefer anyone to him for weight loss surgery….!!
A very uncaring Dr. I was told by Dr. Byrne that after surgery and then a feeding tube. He told me he didn't need to see me anymore and to find another Dr. Wow I walked out crying not knowing what to do that was 61/2 yrs ago. I know have a stomach that's half dead and no mobility in my esophygus. No tests where done before my surgery by him. Make sure you know exactly what's wrong with you before he touches you. BEWARE
