My first experience here and my last. Had a spa pedicure and it was poorly done. Suppose to have had 15 extra mins massage with it but that didn't happen. If you've gotten a pedicure before you know what is suppose to happen and should not have to point it out as you go. When we got to the manicure, the water was cold, she didn't put any cuticle softener on my nails and cut one of my cuticles. I was bleeding and could not get that finger painted.
