I rarely ever write reviews but I just feel totally scammed. She doesn’t speak any English and was a little hostile and paid little attention to detail and left my head thing on for 15 minutes longer than it should’ve so I got way worse curls than I wanted so I’m stuck with those and she gave no apology she was too busy conversation with her other customer. I’ve been going here for years. I have very straight and thick hair (Korean/Asian) and TJ knows how to layer and thin it so I can style it with dry wax (Gatsby). Plus, TJ is fun to talk with and she does my daughter’s (5 yr old) hair as well . 100% recommended
