TJ uses the shaver to cut my hair from the beginning to the end. I’m very shocked by the quality of the service. Tried my best to communicate with her but she doesn’t understand. instead she insists she has been cutting hair for 30 years. I would expect some sort of blending with a pair of scissors for the price she charges. She seems like a nice person but I’m not sure if the communication is good. I’m also very confused about haircut without shampoo.
I honestly left the appointment feeling shocked, embarrassed, and completely taken advantage of. I booked a 4:30 appointment with TJ for highlights and a haircut. At 4:10, while I was already driving on the highway, she texted asking if I could come earlier.
