I believe his name is Chris. My brand new Summit ice maker is leaking and Summit hired him to repair it. I asked if he could give me a window of arrival. He would not and said it would be sometime today. When I respectfully said that I’ve never heard of a company not giving a time frame, he responded “we won’t come out at all” and hung up. Return call was unanswered. Stay away from this place.

Chris came out May7,2019 replaced my coil on my Airconditioning unit. Has been icing up called him he said nothing wrong then he finally used few choice words not to every call him again. Well that’s fine but I just paid him $1,055. to fix unit and put right dice coil in. He never put vacuum are any thing through it in there was gone in hour. All other Airconditioning people says he should have run a vacuum on unit. I’m back where I started but I will be hiring someone that knows what there doing this time. Probably going to... read more
