Port Charlotte office.Hear again America I called another hearing aid Co. on a Friday morning. They said I could come in for a evaluation in 3 weeks. I said no thanks. Then I called hear again.Trish said we have 2:30 this afternoon.I went in , was given a free hearing test Richard explained what my options were and did not try to sell me bells and whistles I didn't need. Very helpful staff and very friendly
Staff is always eager to help improve my hearing. Bought my hearung aids 3 years ago and have maintained them at no charge since. Last visit was for an updated hearing test and tweeked my hearing aids acccordingly.
EXCELLENT Customer service! This team is exceptional.
I thought it was a very through exam explained in detail where the loses were in my ears , much appreciated ! Highly recommended
