Very disappointing experience. The service was disorganized, with staff giving conflicting information and showing a lack of knowledge about pricing. They frequently had to call the owner for basic questions. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait over 30 minutes. They initially quoted a lower price over the phone, but once the service began, the charges started increasing. Went to get my gel nail polish removed, missed a few spots and kind of hurt, but hey, it was only $10.
Love coming here. They always do a fantastic job and are so friendly. I come everytime I’m in town.
Love this salon. Jackie always gets me in with my favorite nail techs. Price is reasonable and nail techs are great!
