This company was contracted by American Home Shield on 10/25. They didn’t respond until 10/27 and then sent a 75 yr old man who had had several heart attacks and was unable to get up in the attic or work in the heat. He was here 10 minutes and left saying they would have to send someone the next day. This company is unreliable and does not perform services in a timely manner.
