Makes up their own policy not listed in contract! Apartment manager acts like a friend then slaps you with a$150. Fine Playing for inspection! Which was rescinded for having flowers and birdfeeders and dog kennel, Subsequently $75 is owed, even though I wish it was stated it will be erased My apartment is absolutely clean and spotless. Horrible management! Received my deposit check under my name and my ex-wife's name, even though I provided the proper documentation that we are divorced. So now I can't cash the check. They refuse to help.
