Excellent and friendly service!! My car broke down and I just happened to roll into their parking lot. They were friendly and hospitable, and since I am in the market for impact windows, I handed them a quote I got from home Depot for my whole house to be fitted with impact windows. They beat the price by almost $20,000!!!!!! Amazing, and I'm currently saving and will be using these guys 100%! Thanks again guys! Highly recommend.

Ann who picks up the phone is not professional and rude to customer. I was asking her the cell number to reach T.J. Davis for the permit inspection procedures and she said that 'we do not provide the number and then hung up the phone.'
I called for an estimate 1 month ago. I called back 3 times to inquire on the estimate and each time I had to repeat my entire request. I ended up cancelling the job very nicely and the receptionist hung up on me. Horrible customer service.
