Went here a last week with my family, we had five total, it was not busy and we were more than willing to wait. I received the worst pedicure I have ever received, and currently have an infected toe due to it. The cleanliness was not great, no plastic wear in the tub to keep it clean, they seemed annoyed to have us there and I even upgraded my pedicure and the man did almost nothing, made us all feel like they just wanted us gone. I normally don’t leave reviews but, I got my nails done here 3 weeks ago. I got liquid gel which I have been getting for a while. Within 3 days one of my nails had chipped the polish. Within a week I had 3 nails with chipped polish. By week 2 I broke a nail and now have 3 broken nails. By far this is the worst set of nails I have ever had 😭
Do not come here. They have 0 costumer service. The person who picks up the phone, says “hello” “yeah” “aha”. Instead of Hello this is so and so nails spa, what service do you need?! Etc. They are just rude. I called to make sure I get my service, drive 20 m to get there and once in there they told me they can’t do the service they confirmed over the phone. Because the person just said he can’t do it. Don’t waste your money and your time here. If I could give a -5 star I would.
