I was not going to post but when you spend your money I feel you should get good service. Appointments were made at T.H. Nails this afternoon and the nail tech was over an hr late for her services. She was scheduled for two full sets, she consistently tried to pawn the other person off on other nail techs who refused to do her nails even though they had no one in their chair. Only for when it was that young lady time she informed her she only did short nails and NOBODY in that salon could do long nails!!!! SHUT IT DOWN THEN ... read more

Last time going, because I didn't want the $50 pedicure that everyone else does for $45 ,so I just got the $40 one and she did the worst freaking job ever , but I know to say something would have been problems especially cause it was owner herself , she has bad customer service dealt with her before just figured I'd give another chance but last one given and do they charge every single person who runs their card $6 cause I got charged $46 for a $40 pedicure

If I could give zero I would I use to come here all the time and haven’t been in a while. I went today for a fill and the nails are awful. I told the tech I didn’t like square nails and asked her to taper them in, flat spots in the tips of the nails and I suppose filing is supposed to fix that 🤨. The acrylic was not filled properly so it looks like they are grown out. I was told that she never fills all the way up, then was told it’s the clear acrylic they use so it looks like there is nothing there but there is. I showed ... read more
