Emailed T-H Marine to see if I could buy two small clevis ends rather than the whole reach rod assembly for my 26 year old boat. The part had changed since the original design, but is backwards compatible with the rest of the assembly. Andrew Shelton responded within an hour, and warrantied the specific pieces I needed, saving me from having to buy the entire assemblies and at no cost to me. That's more than going above and beyond. My Finger Flex jack plate switch went bad. Got some water intrusion. The switch went up on the jack plate just fine, but when I wanted it to come down it wasn't working half the time. I contacted TH marine customer support and Jay Hooper got me squared away no hassle what so ever. Jay got me a new one coming on the way! Great customer support hands down.
