The keel guard on my boat was coming apart. I contacted Jay at T-H Marine. The conversation went very well. No push back or denial. Clear and concise directions of what was needed and I did not have to send the old one back. After receiving the keel guard, I realized it was the wrong size. I contacted Jay to let him know I had the wrong size. He said no problem. I will send you the correct size and send you a mailing label for the wrong one.
