My live well drain tube fitting broke. When I called T-H Marine to see if i could get a replacement fitting, Jay said email me your address and i'll send another one out to you. He was courteous, professional and i'll be shopping at T-H Marine first! thanks for the great service.

Love the jackplate but it stopped working. It’s pretty simple either the wires and relay or the motor. Bought from Amazon 2.5 years ago, called TH support they asked me to test the motor by connecting the 2 wires directly to 12v, the motor worked so they said it was the relay and would send me a new one just send them an email with proof of purchase. Yea just that simple. Talked to them on Tuesday, fedex showed up on Thursday. Bam new relay and wire set. Wow they stand behind their products!
JAY Hooper was extremely helpful. I greatly appreciate him going above and beyond to resolve a crisis situation on a new install.
