Jay Hooper is awesome. He took the time to tell me how to trouble shoot a bad relay on my atlas jack plate. This day in time most salesman are lazy and will tell you to goggle it, but he did not. Thanks for the first class service.
I needed a warranty part replacement on my Atlas Jack Plate. Called TH Marine and spoke with Jay Hooper. He was very helpful and said he would send out a replacement part immediately to my current location in Mexico. Jay emailed the next morning to say my part had been shipped.
