Was looking for a fitting for my livewell, nobody could even get me the part or part#. After a week and alot of time wasted I talked with Jay Hooper. He was off work for the day and still helped me out. Didn't take him long to figure out what I needed. I know where to go for some boat parts.
I had a very good experience with the customer service/warranty department. I purchased a fender/bumper kit which was missing a fender line. I called and Mr. Hoopper took the info and mailed me out a replacement line the next day. Very easy to deal with. Thanks.
I lost a fastener in my 10+ year old skeg guard. I emailed customer service and asked if the offered any replacement parts or kits. Jay said send me your address and I’ll send you a couple of fasteners. Excellent customer service and support!
Excellent warranty process. Just not impressed that a brand new boat would come with an expensive piece of equipment that failed before the 1st trip out on the water.
