They haven't even started working on my car yet, but I was so impressed by Daniel, I felt I had to share. I called yesterday and was told they were booked for the rest of the week. I asked a couple of other questions, and Daniel said, "Can you have it here at noon? We will look at it during our lunch." I was floored. Who does that? I will never go anywhere else.
Went to T&H Auto Repair in Pomona for an oil change and had such a good experience! I made my appointment through Instagram and about an hour before, they messaged me to confirm which was super nice. When I got there, they greeted me, did a quick walk-through of my car, and then walked me to the waiting area. The waiting area was super comfy with couches and a TV.
