Nice place but the rent increases and the lack of no pet enforcement is a joke.
Good all around bang for the buck. I checked out most all the ones in town. I appreciate the fact that there is no pets because so many take pets and we don't all want to live with pets. Parking is great and abundant, apartments are spacious and a really good value what you get for the money. Management is very dialed in and it feels like a retirement community. Have had 0 problems. I am a second level unit and I can here through the back wall especially in the 2 bathrooms but I get it's a apartment. I just turn the bathroom... read more
John, the maintenance man, does a great job. I can tell he takes great pride in his work and taking care of the tenants.
They were trespassing my apartment and threw away personal property from the apartment and I never got reimbursed for it.i wouldn't recommend them. Dishonest people.
