Bought my first Jackson Kayak here, the Coosa HD and the owner and staff were VERY helpful and knowledgeable! They let me trying demo the ones I wanted and narrowed down my choice! Cant wait to buy my next one for the wife from them hopefully a Mayfly!
Knew I wanted a cuda when I walked in the door, just didn't know if I needed the 12 or 14. Ended up with the 14 and have used it a lot in two years. Everything was explained well and I was treated very well. They also helped me pick out a very nice paddle (don't go cheap on these, you will be sorry). Very good experience and my cuda has been used in rivers and very big deep water (over 100 ft in rough weather) with no complaints. Trying to get one for my wife now.
They know their stuff, and they really care about outfitting you right for what you are going to do. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend.
These people went above and beyond when another dealer sold 2 solo skiffs out from under me and a friend. It was a much further drive so they opened late just for us two so we could be on the water the next day. Very cool people. They had no obligation to do what they did. This just shows that they genuinely care about each customer. If I'm ever in the area again I'll be sure to stop by and thank them again.
Most knowledgeable in the industry. Sell what is best for me not just what they have in stock.
