I took my car to 4 shops, including the dealer, and after spending $5309.86 my car continued to vibrate at highway speeds and make a clunking sound over bumps and slow turns. The dealer wanted another $8400 to replace the differential and rear subframe bushings, but a young lady at another shop on Yadkin suggested TG Autoneering. These guys are a godsend! Worst service ever. My BMW was never fixed yet i was charge. They absolutely have have no idea how to repair parts only replace. Three years of having them look at an issue it took Waganhaus a week to find and fix the same problem. They wanted to sell me a new engine verus cleaning the one I had. They also broke my breather hose and put tape around it. By far the worst service ever!!!!!
This place is horrible! They overcharged me like hell, they took two months to fix something simple, and they sat there and fought with me about my car every single time I called in. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible customer service, bad mechanics, and they take FOREVER. You wonder why there is a million cars piled outside the shop, because they don't ever work on them!

Sorry sorry establishment – Prices are extremely high; more than you would pay at a respective dealership. Their customer service rep is rude and unprofessional. I would recommend you driving your car off a cliff before taking it here.

Took my car there for overheating , I was charged $380 and it left me stranded on the way home from overheating !!! WTF !!! Then I had it towed back and they acted all pissy like I was at fault ...
Work isnt completed within a reasonable amount of time. Brought the vehicle in for an engine problem. They have had it for a couple months now. When calling about the vehicle, they said they had it in the shop when it was in the parking lot surrounded by 20 other cars. Impossible!
