Short: The biggest reason I am giving them two stars is because of their workers' customer service. These workers came out to my place of living, destroyed a very important valuable to me, said nothing, and threw it away in their own dumpster. Full story: Fuller came over to replace our roofing. T Fuller gave the lowest bid on my garage roof replacement job. I made one enjoyable visit to their office on the north side of Waterloo and made all the arrangements in minutes. They sent a bunch of guys, got in and out of there in a few hours.
T. Fuller Construction was an excellent company to call on when considering roof/shingle replacement. Form the start, they were very responsive to a number of calls regarding our inquiry. Initially, they were quick to provide us a detailed quote for roof/shingle replacement, but then after learning our current shingle was supposed to be a 30-year shingle, we opted to request a roof inspection to determine how much "wear" the shingles have and if there was any damage, but also if it is possible to wait another 2-3 years since... read more
After a recommendation from a friend, I called Fuller today with an emergency. The person I spoke with was kind, professional and arranged for someone to come out within an hour or so. He found and fixed our issue right away. We also discussed what needs we may have in the future. I was blown away at how fast an accommodating they were. Definitely earned a loyal customer today! 10/10 recommend!
