Tracking showed load in town Tulsa Oklahoma Wednesday of last week. Noon Monday still not delivered. Update dispatcher lied he said it would be there between 12 & 2pm today now he says tomorrow. Not acceptable
TForce was used by a customer of ours for a large and heavy delivery. They called in advance to ensure we were available, that we could accomodate a large truck, and gave us a timeframe that theyd be delivering, really appreciated all of that. They showed up on the date and time provided, and unloaded into one of our units in a timely manner. The supervisor and driver were both courteous and got the delivery job done for our client.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Used this freight service once and will NOT do so again. Only employee that had a sense was the truck driver. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen it.
