Great Service, Very nice Folk.
They have lied over and over again about when they will deliver!!! Never use the people!
I would give negative stars. Literally the worst freight company I have used in all my years of shipping products. They are lazy, do not communicate, and then once you reach someone, they blatantly lie about the whereabouts of your shipment. Customer service is rude, unhelpful, and extremely uneducated. DO NOT USE T-FORCE FREIGHT. It is a waste of your time and money.
Tracking showed load in town Tulsa Oklahoma Wednesday of last week. Noon Monday still not delivered. Update dispatcher lied he said it would be there between 12 & 2pm today now he says tomorrow. Not acceptable
TForce was used by a customer of ours for a large and heavy delivery. They called in advance to ensure we were available, that we could accomodate a large truck, and gave us a timeframe that theyd be delivering, really appreciated all of that. They showed up on the date and time provided, and unloaded into one of our units in a timely manner. The supervisor and driver were both courteous and got the delivery job done for our client.
