TERRIBLE SERVICE. Used this freight service once and will NOT do so again. Only employee that had a sense was the truck driver. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen it.
I would give them negative stars if I could. I would say they are the rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with, but I don’t think there’s a word in any language to describe just how completely unhelpful and malicious they were when I simply asked for an update. Literally takes two days for my orders to get from Nashville to this “company”, and somehow takes them over a week to get me my product. It’d be faster if I drove to Nashville. -infinite stars.
