I used Tim so many times when I did property management. He always came through. He was responsive, professional, honest and fair. I would recommend him to anyone needing help.
If i could give this guy 0 stars I would. He came by my house, found the leak, said how much it would cost me which was great. When I asked to get diagnostic on why the pipe broke for the insurance company he never returned my call. I have called him multiple times and no reply for the past 2 weeks to try to come fix my leak. This guy is far from professional and has no clue how to handle customers. I would not recommend him at all when you need something done because he may not get back to you.
