Andrew was professional and extraordinarily knowledgeable… He was able to perform electrical routing and installation that RS Andrews stated was too difficult and couldn’t be performed!!!
Leann from TE was quick, efficient and provided a breakdown of options when repairing our HVAC with honest insight to those options. Additionally, provided up front estimates on future needs for our system and best ways to save/maintain our current system. Will be looking at working with TE and Leann for my future HVAC needs!
The technician, Terrance, that came out to my home was very thorough & knowledgeable. My AC unit kept going out every summer. i’ve had other HVAC companies come out, but my HVAC system would eventually stop working again. I kept a list of everything that other companies replaced, in my opinion it made it easier for this visit. I’m happy that Terrence was able to fix it. I love the fact that he included pictures of his work.
