Management here is the Worse. Regina should be reported to the department of aging and disability for cruelty to senior citizens. She is a bully and speaks to residents in a very condescending manner. The security guard is constantly trying to flirt aggressively. Pests are not handled in a timely manner. The seniors in this building are vulnerable to the shooting that occurs in the neighboring housing project across the street. This entire property is just disgusting. Especially the manager. They can even keep bills paid and are government funded. Everything said about the security guard Jerry is true but nothing will happen to him because he is the managers son.
The security officer jerry is unprofessional and very rude and flirtatious I don’t recommend visiting especially since he makes me feel so uncomfortable When coming to visit my grandmother if you don’t flirt back he has an attitude and then does trifling stuff like NOT notifying my grandma when I leave packages for her and gives them back to the mail lady that could’ve been her medication or anything and instead of notifying her about a package i left for her he returned it to the mail lady because I wouldn’t flirt back with... read more
