She is a bully and speaks to residents in a very condescending manner. The security guard is constantly trying to flirt aggressively. Pests are not handled in a timely manner. The seniors in this building are vulnerable to the shooting that occurs in the neighboring housing project across the street. This entire property is just disgusting. Especially the manager. They can even keep bills paid and are government funded. Everything said about the security guard Jerry is true but nothing will happen to him because he is the managers son.
