I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. During my appointment, the doctor ordered several very important tests for my pregnancy, including blood work and ultrasounds. However, the receptionist only printed and gave me one requisition form, while there were actually multiple forms required. When I arrived at the lab and ultrasound clinic, they informed me that important requisition papers were missing, so I could not complete the tests. Dr. Desouza is a very good doctor. He’s knowledgeable and very personable. I’m satisfied with him as my family doctor. 4 stars only because of the wait times. Those can be brutal. Wait an hour and some, to be seen for 5 mins.
The best,Caring Dr in the city of Ottawa. My family and I are blessed to have Dr Desouza Selwyn as our family Dr.
