T&D saved the day! My 68 year old mother was going to an AirBNB and called me with broken cell service and said she was broken down on the side of a road. I barely got the street name before we got dropped. Sierra from T&D helped me figure out exactly where they were and even though we did not have the code for the gated neighborhood, sent a truck trusting that we would get into the neighborhood somehow.
