I called, they answered. John helped me out with amazing customer service. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a tow.
I broke down on the highway yesterday morning, called T&D. The young man arrived in 15 minutes. Totally professional, carefully loaded my camper onto the clean rollback and dropped us at the Ram dealership. I’m grateful to know such an excellent service is available locally. I hope I don’t have to call ever again but it’s definitely reassuring to know I can get help quickly.
Absolutely class! Called in for some assistance and he let me know of a long wait time, but that I could call him back if I didn't find anyone else. Middle of the night atop I-40W, no one is picking up. Called back and was able to come pick me up himself instead of having me wait hours more. He was quick, professional, and would highly recommend.
He was there when he said he would be. He was polite and courteous.
I broke down late last night. My insurance's roadside assistance couldn't find anybody, so I called T&D. Tory came and was super helpful and super friendly. He towed my truck to the shop and then dropped me off at a hotel. Thanks a TON!
