And a half stars. I called on Saturday after 12 and was done after having speakers replaced an an external XM tuner installed. My GM radio has a defect and has to be replaced. English is they're 2nd language but make the effort they're more than worth. Under $400 tax included. They only lose a star because the bathroom is out of service and no posted wifi info and no I didn't ask. I love these guys and will be back to have my radio replaced with an OEM used one.
