Dodged a huge bullet not working with this company. Mr. Fikru was rude and condescending in his tone. I saw the email he sent the owner and it was a blatant lie. He calls saying he wants to be transparent before doing app fee but were you really leaving off all the weird money requirements. Calls the next day after doing the application fee and says let me be transparent (OH! Mr. Fikaru got me signed and into the home I was looking at in less than 2 days. Can't beat that. I didn't have great credit, but I could prove my income. He worked with me and it was nice to be treated like a person.
