If zero stars were an option, we would give that. Our experience, combined with other reviews we’ve read, confirms this reality. The staff—especially a medical assistant named Patty—were deeply unprofessional and rude. We do not believe someone with that demeanor belongs in healthcare. My first appointment he answered all my questions so that I understood. In layman terms. Explained exactly what test they were going to do when and where. Overall in my opinion they were very nice the girls in the front and Dr Chow himself. He didn't sugar coat anything. We will see how my next appointment goes.
Disappointed with his interpersonal skills. Information given very dispassionately and with very limited details. Had to explain to Dr. and staff reason for my referral, multiple times. If I wasn’t in a time crunch, I would be asking my PCP for a referral to a different doctor.
staff not friendly. DR has poor bed side manners. Doesnt explain.He has medical students with him all the time. THERE IS NO PRIVACY
Dr. Chow does a good job going after and fixing problems through procedures, mods and of course his knowledge. You will not get things explained to you well if at all. Don't seem to want to spend time to explain much, but he is a good Dr. For electrophysiology.
