Re-iterating what seems to be a trend for this awful establishment. Terrible service, dishonest, unorganized and thieves. Tafazoli should have his practice shut down, he’s such an awful Dr.. I went in for just a COVID test only, parked outside they came out swabbed me and I was on my way literally took 5 minutes. Supposed to be a rapid test but did not get my results till a week later, all I was told is that I tested positive, nothing else. Unorganized, dishonest, and ignorant. Scheduled an appointment for a check up, which is covered by insurance. Establishment agreed that I would not be charged. Later I was charged and now the establishment is going back on their word. I have been attempting to resolve the issue for 3 weeks now. Doctor ran tests and said they would call to schedule to review results once they come in. It has been two months and still no word. Poor establishment for such area.
