This place is AMAZING. The staff is EXCELLENT. They came in on Fathers Day to help me. I cant say enough good things about this place.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAQUE! The wretched attitude of those in the office towards paying customers is disgusting. They thrive on desperate people and deliberately make it increasingly difficult to obtain your vehicle once it was towed there. They charge insane fees and do all they can to extend the amount of time your property remains in their lots so they can exploit your situation as much as possible. Broke down at 7pm on Saturday night without anything I could do. I ended up having to pay 705$ in cash(they refused credit/debit cards as they claim scammers from miami would cancel the charges) to release my car less than 10 hours from when it was towed. I was less than 10 miles from the towing company and since it was the weekend my only real option was to pay. I've never seen extortion at this level before in my life outside of a hospital or a used car dealership.
