The team from Total Comfort installed a new HVAC system for us. It was a labor-intensive process, working in the crawl space under our home all day. They also replaced damaged ducts and other materials at no extra cost. The crew was friendly and courteous, willingly answering my questions. Afterwards, one of the workers took the time to show me how to install the app on the phone as well as the basic manual instructions on the thermostat. They were wonderful.
Our A/C went out, outside of business hours on a Saturday night. Upon trying to call our usual company multiple times, being 24/365, still never got back with us. After a very warm sleep, we called other companies, but nobody had availability. Upon calling this company, the owner answered the phone (Sunday evening) and dispatched a tech named Johnathon.
