Comfort Solutions installed my HVAC system in 2021. I purchased the service agreement, which gives you two visits per year --fall and spring. Occasionally over the last five years I have had a small issue. Each time they're out here quickly and address the matter efficiently. The service technician I had for my spring service and for most recent issue was Alex. He is knowledgeable and personable. Jonathan is one of the best technicians out there! Total Comfort and Solutions Heating & Cooling makes it so easy to check up on my HVAC system. Without my membership arrive I would never keep up with my HVAC maintenance. They call, arrive on time, and simplify issues with my unit. So glad that I’ve used them all these years.
I don't usually write a bad review, but I'm doing this only to warn others. Yesterday we had a company come out because our AC unit that we purchased from Total Comfort Solutions on February 24, 2021 stopped working. This same unit stopped working on April 23, 2025 after only 4-years of purchase. On that day, a Total Comfort technician and Owen inspected the unit and equipment for leaks, couldn't find the leak, but did put freon in that cost us $606.80, even though we have a 10-year warranty and paid $5,058 just 4-years earl... read more
The team from Total Comfort installed a new HVAC system for us. It was a labor-intensive process, working in the crawl space under our home all day. They also replaced damaged ducts and other materials at no extra cost. The crew was friendly and courteous, willingly answering my questions. Afterwards, one of the workers took the time to show me how to install the app on the phone as well as the basic manual instructions on the thermostat. They were wonderful.
