I had an issue with my A/C not working correctly today. I called a couple of other more well known companies at first, they they could not get anyone to my house for a few weeks. I decided to call TCS since they are base out of my city (Kennesaw) The dispatcher on the phone was super nice. She said she would try to somebody out between 6pm and 8pm, but she couldn't promise that. (I called them a little after 5pm.) Owen and Dwight came out to repair our AC system that had a thermostat issue. They were both skilled in diagnostics and solving issue as well as courteous and highly professional! Would highly recommend this company.
I called TCS to come take a look at my AC and they were able to make it out the same day. The technician, Ryan, was fast, efficient, and extremely friendly. I was so happy with the service that I signed up for their yearly maintenance program. 12/10 would recommend!
