We rented a floor sander from TC Rentals for the weekend while working on the floors in our new home. Unfortunately, the machine barely worked and stopped functioning properly almost immediately. We spent the entire first day trying to get it running, troubleshooting it, and making very little progress because it simply would not operate correctly. My car broke down in front of this business after hours. I called first thing in the morning, the front desk was very sweet. I explained I would try to pick up but didn't have help. She assured me the staff would help me load on the dolly I was renting from them. Sure enough, the staff helped hook the trailer, load the car (pushing it on), and ran through how to get it off when I got home. In my opinion, everyone went above and beyond to help me get my car home and at a very reasonable cost.
