My finance recently went and the service was awful. No greetings or pleasant interactions. Idk it was weird, we were recommended them but it seems as if they pick and choose who to service well. Super sad
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at TC Nails today, and I feel compelled to speak on it. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted at all. I stood there waiting, while shortly after, a white woman entered and was immediately acknowledged and welcomed. That alone made me feel uncomfortable and overlooked. Rachel is AMAZING! She has become my go-to for dip nails within the Madison area. She is efficient, kind, and super skilled! She has not let me down yet! The other artists as this shop all seem talented, as well. The shop can be a bit busy and sometimes there is a kid or two, but it's an overall positive, friendly and professional place with reasonable pricing for the work done. I will give it a 2 star bc I only experienced a pedi. It was not great. My toenails were cut more that a “little bit” they are not even and some are sharp. The polish was put on without his hands even touching my toes. One of them looks like a cyclops bc of how round the polish went on. And the polish isn’t all the way on some of my nails. I was sad bc I really look forward to this relaxing time and I feel like it was more stressful than anything. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend; at least for a pedicure. Staff were knowledgeable & friendly. Pedicure bath & parafin were tempted perfectly. Tech was experienced, foot massage was firm but relaxing! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
