I’m giving this nail salon 1 star—not because the staff was unfriendly, but because the cleanliness and lack of proper sterilization are genuinely concerning. I had a pedicure here years ago and never returned, and after my recent visit I was quickly reminded why. During my pedicure, the technician used tools that were not sterilized. She pulled foot files, nail picks, cuticle cutters, and nail files from a shared basket, used them on me, and then placed them right back into the same basket for the next customer. T&C Nails needs to be transparent and consistent with their pricing. I come here often and always get the same exact service: a gel French pedicure. When the woman charges me, it’s always $38. But conveniently, every time the male is there, he charges more — first $52, then “lowered” it to $45. There are no prices posted anywhere, which makes it feel misleading and untrustworthy. Found this place today and I must say the service was amazing. I made appointments for three pedicures and when we got there we were treated like they knew us. All three of us were absolutely pleased with our toe nails. We will definitely be back.
