If I could give no stars I would! I got my nails done and some of my old nail polish is still on underneath. My nails are not even and some are shaped very Werid they are very rough and poorly done. The males there are good. Do not let the women do your nails!
Loved this place! My daughter and I both got manis and pedis for $70, 3 of the 4 being French. The massages were amazing, no cut from the cuticle nippers, and no tickling the feet. (Not so great experience at a different salon before this, so I was thrilled!) Can't wait to go back when in Portland area again! Also, four weeks later with little touch-ups, my French pedi is still in decent shape.
I love this place! I have tried many places in the area and they are clean, fast and good. My only issue is the constant need to up sell, I do get other services sometimes but don't like constant pushing when I say no. The waxing is very clean and the nail equipment is actually sterilized! I have never had problem with chipping and the freehand art is beautiful.
I do like this place but I would recommend a male do your nails not a female. Do not let them talk you into letting a girl do it. There is one there that does well and speaks good English . And if they offer something else ask first always if it cost extra because any salon like this will not tell you they will just add it to your bill.
Worst place ever. They were 45 minutes late for me & me wedding party because they wanted to go get themselves Starbucks. They misrepresented their services and prices over the phone and were extremely rude and unprofessional in person. Go anywhere else!
Every time I got to the mall, I stop by T&C to get a quick pedi. I love their service and I would recommend to anyone looking for a manicure or pedicure! :)
I got my nails done here for my wedding,I thought they did a great job, good customer service, very professional, great results that lasted much longer than what I expected.I would definitely return for more mani/pedicure!
I had my nails done on 10/24/09. During the experience the nail tech did not speak to me except to ask me on 4 separate occassions to get my eyebrows done as well. Each time I explained that I was only there to get my nails done, no thanks. This however did not stop her from the repeated push for me to spend more money. It has been 2 days and my nails are already chipped! Don't waste your money going here they are not worth the money or the frustration.
