I knew this company was crooked because when they first became the new "managers" of properties in this area they raised everyone's rent, including mine. However, they neglected to INFORM ALL OF US of this fact. I, and the others, only learned of it when late charges started to become apparent on my bill. I even went into the office IN PERSON EVRY MONTH to pay my rent. Not a word was said to me when I continued to pay what I paid to the previous people. NOT A WORD!! What kind of "business" does that?? Best not to bother to call such a smart ass woman that answers its not even worth the time. I could definitely see them being crooked man who showed the property looked like hes on drugs. Will definitely be taking my buisness elsewhere just after a call and vieiwing with these people
They are a scam, they tell you their listings havent even been looked at and tell you to put the application in that costs 30 per person so they can turn around and tell you it's been rented already but that I was approved. They just scam you for the application money. Don't deal with this company. I then asked about another apt in the same place and I have never heard back from them. They dont deserve any stars except negative.
