Lou was very transparent. He diagnosed my problem. He was very punctual. He is very honest he resolved my problem that the other technician didn't do.
Lou was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Took care in keeping house clean. Install looked perfect. Very professional work performed. Constantly communicated before during and especially after to job was done. Wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied.
Louie provided us with several options for our AC repair. Arrived when he said he would and charged what he said he would. No surprises. Work done well, timely and professionally. Will use again for our AC needs.
While at my mom's house, I noticed a very loud bang coming from the burner. While a contractor was there for a plumbing issue, the heat kicked on and flames shout of the burner. We went into panic mode. I called 5 different HVAC contractors and Louie was the ONLY contractor that even gave me the time of day. He said he will be there in 1 hour. This was during a snow storm.
