While at my mom's house, I noticed a very loud bang coming from the burner. While a contractor was there for a plumbing issue, the heat kicked on and flames shout of the burner. We went into panic mode. I called 5 different HVAC contractors and Louie was the ONLY contractor that even gave me the time of day. He said he will be there in 1 hour. This was during a snow storm. Louie is a class act!
Very prompt service and informed me of what they were seeing every step of the way. They even suggested multiple options for a range of budgets and what those options meant towards solving the problems we were having. We mainly had issues with our AC freezing over and poor air flow. It was fixed after a couple of visits and troubleshooting the system with a handful of inexpensive options to resolve the problems. Runs like a dream now. Lou is also so nice.
