Doug, Jeff, and the team we're excellent communicators and professionals. They gave a fair price and followed up with a timely installation of a new HVAC system.
Had to replace a 50 years old furnace. NextWave owner came in and acted with technical due diligence in properly sizing the new system following my own needs but also newer equipment capabilities not simply swapping and upselling old with new oversized system. Very honest quote significantly lower than any competitor. Excellent quality of equipment and labor. Strongly recommend.
Doug was great. He replied to my call right away. Was able to stop by within an hour and trouble shoot my heater and fix it. Great service!
