The T-Byrds service technician was Ross Licata Jr. What a friendly guy. Jumped right in on checking my gas heater. Ross was very knowledgeable and shared some things with me that might help my situation (several cats and a dog) like an air purifier installed in my heat/AC which I am seriously considering. I was very satisfied with this pre-winter checkup. Thanks Ross!
Chris was great. He explained a lot of things to me I didnt even no. Answered all my questions. First time using this company Im new to the area and YES I will call them again . Thank you Chris for being so kind and understanding.
Christian was very professional and straight to the point. He quickly identified my problem and broke the news to me. Quick response from the time I called to arrival. Approximately 1 hour. I would recommend.
