Things in the homes don’t work, like heating and water heaters. They are dishonest regarding promotions, and don’t honor what they advertise. Snow removal is poor. There’s no emergency maintenance after hours. I regret renting here and don’t recommend renting here. I would proceed with caution regarding purchasing their new builds given the problems with the heating, water heaters and airconditing that I have had renting this new build.
