Hello I had a vehicle emergency. I contact Tire Choice Auto and John immediately assisted me although it was close to closing. The staff was great and resolved my issue quickly. They were awesome I highly recommend them!
Came here due to a blowout experience with a rental car while traveling through Louisiana. Situation was beyond frustrating but Brian made it all better. Hertz promised they confirmed the tire was in stock.. of course it was not. Bryan located that tire quickly, had it transported, and car was taken care of in no time. He worked hard to get me in and out and even made me and my wife along with our 3 toddlers comfortable while we waited. Highly recommend this place for their customer service alone! BEWARE!!! I went in today for an oil change ONLY which was made by appointment and the only service checked was oil change. I look at my receipt once they were done and I’ve been charged for a new tire and an alignment as well, totaling $412.00!!! I DID NOT ask for either of these things to be done nor was I asked during my time in the waiting area if it was ok to proceed with this work. DO NOT choose this location!!!
