We wanted to give a shout to Madison at T-Bones in Laconia, NH! She was the best server we've had in a long time. Very kind! The food was really good and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck at night. Thank you!
Called ahead & told music on the deck 5-8pm, 1/2 hr before going. NO MUSIC and everyone acted surprised. Sangria tasted like kool-aid and chicken tenders were tough & tasteless(the worst ever!) Waitress was kind and took the chicken off the bill but still would not go back, that disappointed. Too bad cause close to home & loved the deck. Food was NOT the T Bones quality you're used to.
Bartender was to busy to take care of everyone
So even though the steak was over cooked the customer service that was given was absolutely amazing! Bad nights happen but its how you manage it and honestly they rocked it.
