Decent classic American fare, terrible hostess, good service. Walked in over Labor Day weekend. Called ahead to get on the waitlist and were told we'd be 5th in line, showed up twenty minutes later, and the hostess rudely informed us there were far more parties ahead and it'd be another 45. Twenty minutes after that we got a text saying our table was ready, and when we went to the desk they told us they never paged us. The food was great, as always, but unfortunately, the service was absolutely terrible. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have personally had with a server. I was visiting and went out with my parents hoping to enjoy a nice dinner. Our waitress mentioned that she had been pulled over from Cactus Jack’s, but throughout the entire meal she was extremely inattentive and seemed unwilling to help with even simple requests.
