We contracted Signworks in October for overhead exterior signage and paid over $7,000 in deposit fee's (50% of the total project cost) as required. Four months later, the permit process has still not been properly submitted and the project has not moved forward. This company has been jerking me around for over two months now. They took my order in and sent me an invoice. Everything was approved and ready to go, and then radio silence. I didnt hear from them and got basic email replies like 'They are working on it.' No dates or estimated arrival times. Then just today I get an email asking me 'are you still wanting to proceed with this sign request?'
