I set up a residential cleaning for my home and no cleaners showed up. No one called to apologize or explain. I called and left messages but none were returned. Eventually a person answered my call. No apologies or reasons were given for their not showing up. The cleaning was rescheduled for the next day and again no cleaners showed up. When I called again they again did not apologize and our call was somehow disconnected. Further calls and messages were ignored.
