I'm a real estate agent and can hire only licensed contractors even for small jobs that need to be done in connection with inspection or appraisal repairs. It's often hard to find licensed contractors who will do this type of work. Troy was responsive and professional, and although I could probably have had this done less expensively, you get what you pay for, and I was delighted to pay a two-hour minimum for someone I could rely on to show up and do the job properly.
I worked for the man and he owed me a hundred and twenty seven hours @$18 an hour,he and his wife refused to pay me, im glad he went to treatment he needed it,but i guess this what happens when dont pay your help though, a very shady person its a shame because he has a decent heart,i guess going to jail was the best thing that ever happened to you.
