Tom and TA Property Management has been a breath of fresh air compared to other property teams I have dealt with in London, ON. His level of attention and common trust/courtesy has not gone unnoticed. At times, it can be challenging when operating a property for students and the TA Property Management team has stepped up when needed and provided excellent services when challenges had arisen. Tom and the team have been simply fantastic for the past 4 years. Their support for the tenants of the house they are managing (our daughter and 4 roommates) was always exceptional. Very easy to get hold of, very quick to address any issue. We would highly recommend Tom and TA Property Management.

Honestly I really reccommend these guys, my Landlord Corey B is the best landlord I've ever had and they're really attentive to issues, they have noticed things that even I haven't and came to fix them, he's also just all around a cool guy and super chill. Thanks folks I love this place and I wish to be a long term tenant. First rental I've had in my life where I am in love with everything about it. Tom is also awesome so props to him too. Great property managers. I feel safe and respected with these guys as a tenant.
