RecommendedHello please will you print me out an estimate on my car for the repair and or replacement of the catalytic converter, as well as any 02 sensors that are not working. My check engine light has been on and when I had it checked at the auto parts store the code that came up was the 420 I believe it was, anyway it was the catalytic converter. This is a good honest dealership. It's family owned we've dealt with them for 20 yrs Dec the 4th. They've never sold us a vehicle that was bad. Robin is a great person to deal with. They work with you if there's a problem. We have bought all of our vehicles there except for maybe 2 and we are always satisfied with what we've got there.
they still would not answer my BBB complaint. Any business worth their salt would answer a BBB complaint, dont u think? htat is if they have nothing to hide. its ok, NOT answering a complaint makes their BBB rating hit the floor.
