Great service excellent customer service
We broke down on our way to Tassie, and after being turned away by multiple other mechanics in Dubbo, Trent was more than helpful and offered to check out our car for us. Which then turned into a week long fault find and repair! We are so grateful for the extra time, effort, and care that was put into getting us back on the road. My first time using T and A as I have only recently moved to Dubbo. Absolutely outstanding service and I will definitely be a regular customer from now on! Being shown photos of what was wrong with my car is great as it means I can actually understand the problem and not feel like I have to rely on the mechanics word and hand my money over. Definitely a personal service, five stars for customer service and five stars for the fair price!
T&A always provides great customer service with a very knowledgeable mechanical staff. Nothing is ever a problem for them. If something outside the scope of work comes up, they’ll let you know so you can approve it before they fix it. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
