Very caring staff. Communication was EXCELLENT before, during and after our cat's procedure.
Staff was amazing, they're extremely thorough and responsive. They keep in steady contact before, during, and after the procedure and someone is always available to talk to you or call you back.
The regular vet we were seeing said there was no one anywhere in the area that did the radioactive iodine shot for cats, but I did my own research and found Lakecross. They took great care of my kitty during her radioiodine treatment. Dr. Hemstreet and everyone kept us updated and cared about all our concerns. Michele was super nice and answered tons of questions for us in the weeks leading up to our appointment. My kitty had never been away from home and didn't eat or use the litter box until the last day. After checkups at... read more
